OA Reference: DLAMP_LEAD_RIALTO
Are you a veteran DC Power technician ready to lead, build, and make a tangible difference in infrastructure that powers homes, telecom, utilities, and more? This isn’t your run-of-the-mill gig—this is leadership, high impact, and variety. You’ll manage major installations, coach junior technicians, own customer satisfaction, and ensure safety and reliability every step of the way.
What You’ll Lead & Own:
- Battery & rectifier plant installations, upgrades, and preventive maintenance—across voltage levels and complex configurations
- Cable runs, ironwork, cable rack builds, working in tight or elevated spaces; you’ll turn blueprints and specs into real, reliable infrastructure
- Supervising job sites: safety briefings, tools and equipment inspections, mentoring Level 1 and 2 techs, ensuring high quality in every job
- Customer interaction: be the go-to person on site, deliver updates, troubleshoot issues, and make sure customers get what they were promised
What Makes You a Fit:
- 4-6+ years deep experience in DC power (telecom / UPS / utility sectors)
- Solid mechanical, diagnostic, and electrical troubleshooting skills, including load testing, AC & DC systems understanding
- Comfortable traveling overnight and getting hands dirty (lifting, climbing, bending, working outdoors & indoors)
- Excellent communication (written & verbal), strong sense of responsibility, safety first mindset
- Ability to pass required screens (drug test, background, DOT medical exam etc.)
Why This Role Is Different:
Because you’ll see the fruits of your labor every day—you’ll build, you’ll solve, you’ll lead. With weekly pay, strong benefits, bonus potential, and a culture that respects safety, teamwork, and skill. Travel, hands-on challenges, and lots of variety. If building durable infrastructure excites you, this is the place to grow.
If you’ve led installations and want work that matters—where your leadership, skill, and day-to-day decisions count—hit apply and let’s talk.
