Now Hiring: CNC Machinist Lead (2nd Shift) | Greenville, SC
Pay: $30–$38/hr DOE | Schedule: Mon–Thurs, 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM (4x10s)

Step into a leadership role with a top-tier machining team in Greenville! We're looking for an experienced CNC Machinist Lead to guide and support our second shift operations. If you thrive in a hands-on environment and enjoy mentoring others while working with cutting-edge multi-spindle, bar-fed mill-turn CNC lathes—this is the role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Programming CNC lathes with M & G codes
Setting up and troubleshooting programs to meet precise part specs
Operating advanced equipment including Malicmores, Swiss STARS, and WY100s
Conducting and documenting ISO-compliant first article inspections
Leading, training, and mentoring machinists and operators
Supporting quality, process improvements, and productivity within your cell
Performing maintenance checks and ensuring smooth production flow

What You Bring to the Table:
Proven experience with multi-axis CNC lathes, Swiss turning, and bar-fed systems
Strong programming and troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with ISO quality standards and precision measuring tools
Ability to lead by example and develop a high-performance team
Solid shop math skills and physical capability to lift 50 lbs
