Managing existing relationships, CFP and ChFC


CURRENT POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
• Work as part of a dedicated client team, managing client relationships and assisting clients on a variety of matters
• Serve as liaison between client and Senior Advisor, facilitating requests from either side and coordinating activity
• Be a subject matter expert and driver of the company’s process - anticipate outcomes and provide suggestions/directions of process implementation
• Handle outside communication with CPAs, attorneys, etc. Work with accountants and estate attorneys to provide relevant tax/account info
• Provide technical support for senior advisors
• Provide eMoney training for Associate Advisor
• Handle portions of client meetings as secondary advisor for Private & A Clients
• Review meeting materials with Associate Advisor prior to client meetings
• Take notes & complete dictations as secondary advisor
• Conduct meetings as primary advisor
• Participate in investment committee meetings
• Assist with portfolio management, work with Investment Analyst on monitoring cash/rebalancing portfolios/executing trades – understand our investment platform and thought process behind asset allocation, industry rules/regulations
• Prepare financial plans for presentation to clients
• Develop client recommendations
