Are you ready to transform banking using the power of AI and Generative AI? We’re seeking a Lead AI & GenAI Solutions Engineer to join our forward-thinking team. You’ll develop advanced AI solutions that optimize operations, enhance risk management, and improve customer experience across our financial services business.

What You’ll Do:
Lead design and delivery of AI and Generative AI solutions using GPT, BERT, diffusion models, and multimodal AI for key banking needs such as credit risk, fraud detection, compliance automation, and customer engagement.

Collaborate with risk, compliance, operations, and digital banking teams to deliver actionable insights powered by large language models (LLMs).

Fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy LLMs in cloud, on-premises, or hybrid environments with strict governance and audit readiness.

Build intelligent applications with LangChain and LangGraph to automate workflows that integrate enterprise systems and external data sources.

Apply MLOps best practices (MLflow, Kubeflow) to manage the full AI model lifecycle in a regulated banking environment.

Develop scalable data pipelines and backend services using Python, Scala, Java, and Node.js to support financial data processing.

Present insights and AI strategies to stakeholders, translating innovation into measurable business impact.

What You Bring:
Strong expertise in LLMs, transformers (GPT, BERT), diffusion models, and multimodal AI technologies.

Proficiency in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace), Scala, Java, Node.js, and SQL/NoSQL databases. Experience deploying AI models in financial institutions, aligned with internal policies and regulations (OCC, FRB), and audit standards. Skilled in LangChain and LangGraph for building compliant GenAI tools that enhance operations and customer service. Deep understanding of tokenization, embeddings, prompt engineering, and model evaluation metrics. Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and other cloud environments. Ability to manage multiple projects, quickly adopt emerging GenAI technologies, and communicate effectively across teams.

Job Expectations:
Deliver AI solutions across risk, compliance, lending, operations, and digital channels. Rapidly prototype models to support real-time decision making, document analysis, and automation. Maintain comprehensive documentation, version control, and explain ability per banking regulations. Serve as a trusted partner for stakeholders, regulators, and tech teams to align strategy and delivery. Work effectively in Agile environments focused on quality, security, and continuous delivery.
