Our client a busy law firm in downtown Tampa is seeking an Print Production/Legal Mail Clerk to assist in their fast paced office.
This position is operation of a busy mail and copy center supporting a law firm in downtown Tampa. Primary duties will be copy production…producing various print jobs with various forms of finishing and binding (GBC, tabs, spiral, velobind, etc) to meet client specifications. Additional duties will be mail processing and delivery, conference room and hospitality set up. No heavy lifting beyond the weight of a case of paper (40-50lbs at most). About 50% of their day will be spend walking the floors and the other 50% in the center where they can sit.

Copy Production experience (running complex print jobs involving various binding and finishing requirements) is absolutely critical and candidates with that experience will be given preferential attention. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience working in a corporate office environment to be considered for this role. Experience with working within legal environments a plus, but not essential. Customer Service and Communication skills are a must as they will be interacting with attorneys and paralegals and our business is customer service. The ability to multitask is critical…some days are very busy with mail, copy jobs and people coming into the center with questions, etc.
