A busy professional law office in Orlando, FL is seeking a Law Firm Receptionist to serve as the welcoming first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers. Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients, visitors, and guests in a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls while responding to general inquiries appropriately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Coordinate appointments, conference room use, mail, packages, and deliveries as needed.
- Assist with scanning, copying, filing, document organization, data entry, and general office support.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling client information, office documents, and sensitive communications.
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation range provided: $16.00 to $17.00.
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Serve as the primary front desk contact for clients, visitors, callers, and internal staff.
- Support day-to-day office operations through scheduling, phone coverage, mail handling, and administrative assistance.
- Maintain organized records, reception workflows, and confidential client-related information.
- 1+ year of front desk, receptionist, customer service, or customer-facing administrative experience required.
- Professional, friendly, dependable, and polished communication style.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and visitors.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment.
- Comfortable answering phones, routing calls, and handling general inquiries.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior law firm or legal office experience is a plus, but not required.
- Experience supporting attorneys, professional services teams, or client-facing office environments is helpful.
- Interest in growing administrative skills within a professional legal services setting.
