Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, attorneys, and staff in a professional law firm environment.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly, accurately, and courteously.
- Receive, stamp, sort, and distribute mail according to office procedures.
- Maintain a neat, organized, and welcoming front desk and reception area.
- Assist with occasional shelving of law books and other light office support tasks.
- Provide dependable administrative support to help ensure smooth daily office operations.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range is $23 to $25 per hour.
- Temp-to-hire opportunity.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience as a receptionist, front desk coordinator, or switchboard operator.
- Experience working in a law firm, legal services office, or professional services environment.
- Familiarity with handling office mail, visitor management, and multi-line phone systems.
