Job Summary

A growing manufacturing and metal fabrication operation in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a Laser Operator for a 2nd shift Direct Hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a hands-on manufacturing professional with laser cutting experience, blueprint reading skills, and strong mechanical aptitude.

As a Laser Operator, you will support precision production by operating and programming laser cutting equipment, monitoring part quality, and keeping jobs moving efficiently through the fabrication process. Key Responsibilities

- Operate and program laser cutting equipment to produce parts according to job specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production instructions.
- Monitor product quality throughout the production process and verify accuracy using precision measuring tools.
- Troubleshoot machine issues, make adjustments, and support efficient production flow.
- Maintain accurate production documentation and follow established shop procedures.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

Compensation and Benefits

- Starting pay: $22/hr+ DOE.
- Employment type: Direct Hire.
- Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM-10:30 PM.
- Location: Santa Ana, CA 92705.
