As a Land Acquisition Manager with the team, you will be a key player in our industry-leading home building team, responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing prime land locations for community developments.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate the complexities of the local land market, negotiate advantageous deals, and drive land acquisition efforts that align with our growth objectives. Your expertise in land use, financial analysis, and market dynamics will be essential in securing sites that meet our quality standards and development timelines.

Qualifications:
· Experience: 2-4 years of successful land acquisition experience, with a proven track record in the homebuilding industry being a strong plus.
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Urban Planning, or a related field.
· Expertise: In-depth knowledge of land deal structuring, land planning, zoning laws, and real estate finance.
· Skills: Strong negotiation skills, analytical abilities, and a deep understanding of local market dynamics and regulatory environments.
· Homebuilding Industry: Experience in the homebuilding industry is highly desirable

Salary: $100-$150k + Bonus
