Pay: $17.00/hr (Day Shift) | $17.90/hr (Overnight Shift)

Job Summary
We are seeking dependable Industrial Laborers to support manufacturing operations at our facility in New Albany, IN. This role involves assisting with production tasks, operating industrial equipment, and performing general labor duties in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate is reliable, physically capable of performing manual labor, and able to follow instructions while maintaining a safe and productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general labor duties in a manufacturing environment
Operate industrial equipment when required
Handle materials and move products throughout the facility
Follow written and verbal instructions from supervisors
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards
Assist with multiple tasks as needed to support production operations
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs without assistance
Good communication skills and ability to work with team members at all levels
Good physical health and ability to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and climb as required
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Preferred Experience
Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, construction, landscaping, or industrial environments
Ability to operate basic industrial equipment
Work Environment
Fast-paced industrial/manufacturing setting
Physical work including standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift
Must follow all safety policies and procedures
Additional Information
