Shift: Monday – Thursday | 6:55 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are hiring a Laborer in Halethorpe, MD to support daily operations in a fast-paced work environment. This role involves manual labor, operating basic industrial equipment, and assisting with various tasks across the facility.

The ideal candidate is reliable, physically fit, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general labor and support daily operations
• Operate basic industrial equipment as required
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Assist with material handling and movement
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
• Support team members as needed to complete assignments

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or landscaping preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Good vision and manual dexterity
• Consistent work history (no major gaps preferred)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs without assistance
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, and squat for extended periods
• Good overall physical health and stamina
