Job Title: Laboratory Technician
Location: Narrows, VA (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Pay Rate: $20 - $28.00/hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Laboratory Technician to support pilot-scale lab operations and process development activities. This role involves hands-on work with lab equipment, data analysis, and quality evaluation in a manufacturing or research environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate pilot-scale lab equipment including mixers, pumps, and tanks
• Perform physical and visual quality inspections
• Analyze process data and support optimization efforts
• Document results and prepare reports using Excel and Word
• Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions
• Communicate findings with team members for continuous improvement

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, lab, or research environment
• Mechanical aptitude and chemical handling experience preferred
• Experience with motorized pallet jack is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Must pass physical screening
