This position includes a commute stipend for on-site work (4 days per week).

A large and well-established organization is seeking an experienced Labor Relations Representative to support positive labor-management relationships and resolve complex employee relations matters. This role partners with leaders, HR professionals, and union representatives to interpret collective bargaining agreements, manage grievances, and advise on sensitive workplace issues.
Hybrid schedule: 4 days on-site.

What You’ll Do

Advise managers and HR on labor relations, employment law, and employee relations issues
Interpret and administer collective bargaining agreements and organizational policies
Represent the organization in labor negotiations, grievance meetings, and arbitration
Investigate employee and union complaints and recommend solutions
Conduct research and analysis on workplace issues for leadership decision-making
Collaborate with management and union partners to resolve workplace concerns
Negotiate settlements and monitor agreement compliance


What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
4+ years of labor and employee relations experience
Strong knowledge of labor law, collective bargaining, and union environments
Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage complex and sensitive workplace matters
