Seeking a Labor Relations Representative 3 to provide guidance on labor and employee relations matters across the organization. This role partners with managers, HR professionals, and union representatives to maintain positive labor-management relationships, interpret collective bargaining agreements, and resolve workplace issues.

Responsibilities
• Advise managers and HR partners on labor relations, employment law, employee relations policies, and performance management.
• Interpret and administer collective bargaining agreements and organizational policies.
• Represent the organization in labor negotiations, grievance proceedings, and arbitration matters.
• Participate in systemwide bargaining and labor proceedings, including unfair labor practice cases.
• Investigate employee and union complaints and recommend effective resolutions.
• Conduct analysis and research on complex workplace issues and provide recommendations to leadership.
• Collaborate with management, employees, and union representatives to resolve workplace concerns.
• Negotiate settlement agreements and monitor compliance.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of experience in labor and employee relations or a related field.
• Knowledge of labor law, collective bargaining agreements, and employee relations practices.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle complex and sensitive workplace situations.

Preferred
• Experience in public sector or higher education labor relations.
