We are seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Law Legal Assistant with 5+ years of experience to provide high-level support to our Labor and Employment practice group. The ideal Labor & Employment Law Legal Assistant will have strong experience in labor and employment law and thrive in a fast-paced legal environment.
The Labor & Employment Law Legal Assistant will manage billing using Aderant, including preparing and submitting client invoices, tracking billing data, and resolving discrepancies by coordinating with attorneys and staff. This role also involves drafting and proofreading legal documents, managing federal and state court filings, and supporting attorneys with case-related tasks.
Qualified candidates for the Labor & Employment Law Legal Assistant position will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and multitasking skills, effective time management, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
The successful Labor & Employment Law Legal Assistant will be collaborative, deadline-driven, and able to provide dependable support to the Labor and Employment team.
