A large and well-established organization is seeking an experienced Labor Relations Representative to support its Human Resources team. This role partners closely with leadership, HR, and union representatives to maintain positive labor-management relationships while addressing complex employee relations matters.
This position plays a key role in advising leadership on performance management, disciplinary actions, contract interpretation, and labor law compliance, while supporting negotiations and dispute resolution processes.

What You’ll Do
• Advise managers and HR partners on labor relations, employee relations, and employment law matters
• Interpret and administer collective bargaining agreements and organizational policies
• Represent the organization in labor negotiations, grievance proceedings, and arbitration
• Investigate employee and union concerns and recommend appropriate resolutions
• Conduct research and analysis on complex workplace issues and provide recommendations
• Collaborate with leadership and union representatives to resolve workplace concerns
• Negotiate settlements and monitor compliance with agreements

What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 4+ years of labor and employee relations experience
• Strong knowledge of labor law, collective bargaining, and union environments
• Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage sensitive and complex workplace issues
• Preferred Experience in public sector or higher education environments
