MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE:
Incoming Packaging Component inspections ; Sampling/Testing as per the specifications
Incoming Raw Material Inspections ; Sampling /testing /release as per the specifications
Handling and testing of incoming Raw materials( pH , Specific Gravity , Refractive Index , Physical tests )
Sending samples out for analytical testing as needed
Maintenance of PK and RM -Master Samples/Library
Release of Packaging components and Raw Materials in ERP
Attention to detail , thorough in reviewing and documentation process
Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct conformance testing on all in-coming materials.
• Sampling/Testing of Packaging materials, incoming Raw materials as per the specification and GSC procedures.
• Documentation of physical, chemical analysis as appropriate. Sending samples to testing lab as needed.
• Maintenance of Lab records. Retesting of expired chemical raw materials and maintaining documentation.
• Operation of ERP software for entering products data and excel spreadsheets
• Testing & documentation of Raw materials (Actives) for the potency determination as per the specification.
• Perform internal monitoring, calibration & documentation of Lab instrument.
• Preparation and maintenance of Master/retain standards.
• Managing general lab inventory and stocking
• Planning and co-ordination with the Purchasing, production & receiving team member.
• Responsible for the providing support to any investigation regarding Lab deviation or Non-conformance, out of specification & change control procedure.
• Responsible for the following GMP’s, and safety policies.
• Responsible for the following approved test methods and SOP’s.
• Maintain lab in compliant and keep it tidy.
• Follow all safety and GMP guidelines.
• Pay attention to detail, Report any non-conformances in timely manner and follow-through.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned. Cross training in other QC areas as needed.
Skills/Qualifications:
• Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology or related disciplines is preferred.
• Associate degree with 3 Plus year of lab work experience required.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• PC literate in various databases.
• Detail-oriented.
• Team Player
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must work well with others or alone, under minimal supervision.
• Must perform well under pressure and deadlines.
