TITLE: LOGISTICS/OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE
ABOUT THE JOB: Fast-paced agriculture company seeking a detail-oriented Logistics/Operations Associate to support the execution of international export shipments. The ideal candidate will assist in all logistics and operations tasks from purchase confirmation through the release of final export documents to clients’ overseas banks. You will coordinate and track daily shipments, communicate with vendors and internal teams (trading, finance, inspection agencies, suppliers, freight forwarders, etc.), and ensure smooth movement of goods through the export pipeline.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum 3–5+ years of prior experience in global trade/export logistics and operations, particularly international freight/container shipping.
• Familiarity with export terminology, export documentation, knowledge of transporting containerized freight internationally and more.
• Experience with agricultural logistics is ideal.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and Outlook.
• Professional communication skills
• Proficiency with inventory and shipping programs/software
