Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support daily shipping, inventory, order processing, and warehouse administration activities. This is a great opportunity for someone with logistics, shipping documentation, warehouse coordination, or administrative experience who enjoys staying organized and helping orders move accurately and on time.
The Logistics Coordinator will work closely with shipping, warehouse, customer service, and operations teams in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This role offers a supportive team setting, consistent weekday schedule, and the opportunity to demonstrate performance for potential permanent placement. Candidates who are dependable, organized, computer-savvy, and comfortable balancing administrative work with shipping support will be strong fits for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and processing shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, packing lists, and related order paperwork.
- Coordinating daily shipping activities and supporting accurate, on-time order fulfillment.
- Closing customer orders in the company system and printing necessary order documentation.
- Maintaining inventory records, completing data entry, and supporting inventory accuracy.
- Scanning, organizing, and filing company documents to maintain accurate and accessible records.
- Responding to emails, routing inquiries, answering internal calls, and supporting warehouse and administrative operations.
Pay Range: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour, DOE.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Employment Type: Contract/Temporary, temp-to-hire.
Location: Bell Gardens, CA. 100% Onsite.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
- 1+ years of logistics, shipping, warehouse coordination, order processing, or administrative experience.
- Experience preparing shipping documents such as Bills of Lading and packing lists.
- Strong computer skills, including data entry and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and follow shipping procedures and requirements.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented in a fast-paced manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, electronics, components, semiconductor, electrical products, or industrial hardware environment.
- Familiarity with inventory systems, order management systems, or shipping platforms.
- Prior experience supporting both warehouse and office administration functions.
