Immediate Opportunity: Experienced Leave of Absence (LOA) Coordinator
Pay up to: $28.00/hr
Location: Beverly Hills, CA (On-site training; Hybrid thereafter)
Join a well-respected healthcare organization as an LOA Coordinator, playing a vital role in managing employee leaves and ensuring compliance with key employment laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Track and manage Leaves of Absence accurately and efficiently
Collect and verify appropriate documentation for various leave types
Communicate proactively with employees and managers regarding return-to-work status and necessary accommodations
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of statutory leave regulations, including:
Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
California Family Rights Act (CFRA)
Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Additional Details:
Initial training will be conducted on-site in Beverly Hills
Following training, the role will transition to a hybrid work schedule
Candidates must reside within 45 miles of Beverly Hills
