This LOA Coordinator Position Features:

Immediate need for an experienced LOA Coordinator to assist the Human Resources team at this prestigious medical organization. In this position you will be tracking and assisting with high volume LOAs, accommodations and Workers Comp cases. Duties will include but are not limited to:
-Handle employee inquiries regarding LOAs and walk them through the process
-Collect necessary documentation from employees, departments and medical offices
-Track high volume timelines of LOAs making sure to document all interactions, dates and deadlines
-Prepare reports for department head
-Other administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
2+ years of experience assisting with high volume LOAs, Workers Comp and Accommodations
-Interactive process experience and base line knowledge of statutory leaves - Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), California Family Rights Act (CFRA), and knowledge of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and Fair employment Housing Act (FEHA).
