Join a high-energy team supporting a seasonal fulfillment project! We’re hiring Kit Assembly Associates for both 1st and 3rd shift positions. In this hands-on role, you’ll assemble pre-kit folders by placing stickers, magnets, and literature into each folder in a specific sequence. Accuracy, speed, and attention to detail are key as you work toward a production goal of approximately 120 pre-kits per hour.
?? Available Shifts:
• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
?? Responsibilities:
• Assemble and pack kits according to a standardized process
• Maintain daily production pace and quality standards
• Lift and move boxes/materials up to 50 lbs as needed
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
? Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (assembly, warehouse, fulfillment, or production)
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow step-by-step instructions
• Comfortable with repetitive, physical tasks and meeting hourly goals
?? Dress Code:
• Business casual required
• Closed-toe shoes (no Crocs, no athletic wear or leggings)
• Jeans are okay if free from tears
• No clothing with offensive or political content
