This Position Features:

Key Responsibilities:
• Answer phone calls, chats, and electronically delivered requests regarding digital products
• Process email requests and issues delivered to the call center
• Own and manage cases, including communication and resolution, using a call ticketing system
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
• Preferred: 2+ years of job-related experience in a call center
environment
• Experience using call ticketing systems (e.g., Salesforce.com or similar)
• Familiarity with call center phone systems (e.g., Avaya)
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
