We are hiring a versatile Graphic Designer / Project Coordinator with strong Adobe Illustrator skills who enjoys a dynamic, hands-on work environment. This position supports a growing, full-service marketing provider specializing in custom merchandise, promotional products, branded apparel, signage, awards, and personalized gifts.
Responsibilities
· Create accurate, vendor-ready artwork and client proofs using Adobe Illustrator
· Prepare files for production across multiple product types
· Assist with social media content and client presentations
· Operate production equipment including laser engravers, UV printer, and heat press
· Perform quality checks on completed orders to ensure design accuracy and product excellence
· Coordinate product logistics and manage multiple project timelines
· Provide administrative support, including phone communication and client follow-up
· Occasionally deliver client orders (mileage reimbursed at NY State rate)
Qualifications
· 1+ year of graphic design experience
· Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (required)
· Experience preparing print-ready and production-ready files
· Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
· Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
· Reliable, team-focused, and proactive
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
· Valid driver’s license for occasional local deliveries
