Entry-Level Junior Financial Operations Assistant

Job Type: Full-time, 6-month contract

What You Will Do
• Support daily operations by assisting with essential financial and administrative tasks
• Process transactions including checks and wire transfers while ensuring accuracy and balance
• Provide support by responding to internal and external customer inquiries
• Contribute to the team by assisting with administrative functions to keep operations running smoothly
Who We Are Looking For
• 1–2 years of administrative, office, or customer service experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• High School Diploma or equivalent
