A growing financial services team in Greenville, SC is seeking a motivated Junior Financial Advisor for a full-time, direct hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a career-minded professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in financial services, banking, wealth management, investments, insurance, or client relationship management who is ready to grow into a long-term financial advising career.
The Junior Financial Advisor will work closely with senior advisors, support client planning activities, participate in client meetings, and help develop financial plans and investment recommendations. This opportunity offers strong exposure to client relationship management, portfolio support, financial planning, and advisory best practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior financial advisors with client relationships, financial planning activities, investment recommendations, and client presentations.
- Meet with clients to understand financial goals, gather financial information, and identify needs and priorities.
- Analyze client financial data, monitor accounts and portfolios, and support ongoing plan updates.
- Conduct research on investment products, market conditions, financial strategies, and planning solutions.
- Maintain accurate, confidential client records while following company policies and financial industry regulations.
- Support business development, client retention, and long-term relationship-building efforts.
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation: $65,000 to $85,000 annually, depending on experience and education.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, full-time.
- Job Type: Direct hire.
- Location: Greenville, SC.
- Support client financial planning, investment analysis, and portfolio monitoring activities.
- Prepare financial plans, recommendations, reports, and client meeting materials.
- Participate in client meetings and help build trusted long-term advisory relationships.
- Conduct financial research and maintain accurate client documentation.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in financial services, banking, wealth management, investments, insurance, or client relationship management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Financial Planning, Economics, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain financial concepts clearly and professionally to clients.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential client information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Professional, trustworthy, client-focused approach.
- Ability and willingness to obtain or maintain applicable financial licenses, as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting financial advisors, wealth managers, bankers, investment professionals, or insurance professionals.
- Familiarity with financial planning concepts, investment products, portfolio reviews, and client service workflows.
- Prior experience working directly with clients in a consultative or relationship management capacity.
- Interest in building a long-term career in financial advising or wealth management.
