A growing electrical contractor specializing in commercial construction projects is seeking a Junior Estimator. The company manages multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment using internal estimating processes supported by tools like Bluebeam and manual workflows.

Location: Irvine, CA 92614
Salary: $75-$80k
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (flexible after start)
Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze blueprints for accuracy and completenes
• Support bidding efforts and pricing compilation
• Perform takeoffs, layouts, and markups to determine bid quantitie
• Calculate fixture, device, equipment, and power requirements
• Use takeoff software for measurements and quantity counts
• Track bid invitations and help manage bid pipeline priorities
• Send drawings to suppliers and organize incoming quotes
