An established and growing manufacturer specializing in custom cable assemblies and electrical solutions for a range of industries, including aerospace, medical, and industrial applications is looking to hire a Junior Electrical Manufacturing Engineer. Our client's team is dedicated to precision, innovation, and delivering high-quality products that meet the most demanding specifications.

Position Overview:
We’re seeking a Junior Electrical Manufacturing Engineer to support our client's engineering and production teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in cable manufacturing, along with strong technical skills in CAD and SolidWorks for designing, documenting, and improving cable assembly processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design and development of custom cable assemblies and electrical systems.

Create and update engineering drawings using SolidWorks and other CAD tools.

Collaborate with production to troubleshoot and improve manufacturing processes.

Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, work instructions, and BOMs.

Support product testing and validation to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Work cross-functionally with quality, procurement, and project management teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

0–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with cable assembly or wire harness production.

Proficiency in SolidWorks and CAD software is required.

Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to engineering support.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team setting.

Knowledge of lean manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is a plus.
