This role is ideal for a skilled accounting professional with a strong foundation in financial operations, sales tax procedures, and Microsoft Excel. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain General Ledger accounts. Apply fundamental accounting principles including debits and credits. Assist with sales tax filings and ensure compliance with local/state regulations. Organize and reconcile financial records with precision. Support various accounting functions as needed. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of accounting experience. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Working knowledge of General Ledger processes Experience with sales tax filing is required. Strong organizational and time management skills. Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred.
