Estamos contratando "Jr Recruiter" para industria de Manufactura Textil,en CAMUY, PR.

ACTIVIDADES:
Gestionar la publicación de vacantes, participa en ferias de empleo, realiza el screening y entrevistas iniciales, y coordina entrevistas y pruebas técnicas. Evalúa competencias, mantiene comunicación constante con candidatos, imparte inducciones, prepara ofertas laborales y administra el programa federal de apprenticeship. Además, registra adiestramientos, participa en el Comité de Seguridad y colabora en actividades de engagement.

HORARIO: Lunes a Viernes 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.

SALARIO ANUAL: $25K

REQUISITOS:
· Bachillerato en Recursos Humanos, Administración o un campo relacionado
· Manejo de Microsoft Office
· Experiencia previa en recursos humanos, preferiblemente
· Conocimiento de procesos de selección y evaluación de habilidades técnicas.
· Bilingüe (español e inglés)
