We are looking for a motivated and meticulous "Junior Recruiter" to support talent acquisition initiatives within a manufacturing company. This person will be responsible for sourcing, selecting, and coordinating candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the entire hiring process.

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday
SALARY: $12 -$13.50 p/h + Benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Post job openings on internal and external platforms.
- Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Evaluate candidates’ technical and behavioral qualifications.
- Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare and extend job offers in accordance with company policies.
- Support onboarding and new hire orientation.
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs.
- Maintain accurate recruitment and training records in HR systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous HR or recruiting experience preferred.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate evaluation techniques.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Bilingual (Fluent English).
