We’re hiring an Estimator / Inside Sales Coordinator to support project quotes, customer communication, and bid preparation.

Great opportunity for someone detail-oriented who enjoys working with customers and wants to grow into estimating. Training provided.

What You’ll Do
• Prepare project estimates and proposals (training provided)
• Review drawings and bid specs to define scope & pricing
• Communicate with customers, engineers & internal teams
• Support quotes from inquiry through project award
• Track quotes and follow up with customers
• Coordinate with production & purchasing on pricing accuracy

What We’re Looking For
• Experience in inside sales, estimating, or project coordination preferred
• Background in manufacturing, construction, fabrication, or technical roles welcome
• Ability to learn to read drawings & specifications
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Comfortable communicating with teams and customers
• Excel skills required, ERP experience a plus
