About the Role:
We’re looking for a Junior CNC Machinist/Programmer to join our precision manufacturing team. You’ll learn how to produce high-quality components using CNC Swiss screw machines, working alongside experienced machinists who will help you develop the technical foundation to advance into a fully independent machinist.

This is a hands-on role for someone who’s mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how modern machining really works.

What You’ll Do

Operate and monitor CNC Swiss screw machines under close supervision

Load bar stock, replace tools, and maintain clean work areas

Assist with setups, program adjustments, and part inspections

Use micrometers, calipers, and precision tools to verify quality

Follow setup sheets and work orders to ensure accurate production

Track production and quality data accurately

Perform basic preventive maintenance (oil, coolant, cleaning)

Support continuous improvement, lean, and 5S initiatives

What You Bring

High school diploma or GED

0–2 years of machining experience (CNC or Swiss preferred)

Strong mechanical aptitude and curiosity to learn

Basic understanding of blueprints, tolerances, and math

Comfortable using precision measuring tools

Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
