SALARIO: $12 P/H + Beneficios
BENEFICIOS:
16 days PTO | 20 % Fam HEALTH INSURANCE | UP -TO $600 X-MS BONUS
HORARIO: Lunes a Viernes, 8:00 am a 5:00pm
FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES:
• Captura de datos y mantenimiento de registros: Registrar asientos contables, gestionar libros mayores y mantener bases de datos financieras.
• Transacciones: Procesar facturas, recibos y pagos (cuentas por pagar / cuentas por cobrar).
• Conciliación: Realizar conciliaciones bancarias y resolver discrepancias.
• Reportes: Apoyar en la preparación de estados financieros, balances generales e informes de progreso.
• Cierre mensual/anual: Brindar soporte en los procesos de cierre y en reportes de cumplimiento.
REQUISITOS:
• Bachillerato en Contabilidad o un campo relacionado.
• Dominio de software contable (por ejemplo, QuickBooks, SAP) y de MS Excel.
• Excelente atención al detalle, habilidades analíticas, resolución de problemas, organización y comunicación.
• Conocimiento sólido entendimiento de los principios contables y regulaciones financieras.
• Bilingüe (español e inglés)
