We’re expanding and looking for motivated professionals in Accounting, Payroll, and HR to join our team. From entry-level clerks to senior managers, we have opportunities for detail-oriented, team-driven individuals who are ready to grow their careers in a supportive environment.

Accounting Clerks – AP, invoice processing, reconciliations
Accounts Payable Specialists – Vendor payments, 3-way matching
Payroll Specialists – Payroll processing, compliance
HR & Payroll Coordinators – Employee onboarding, payroll, benefits support
Accountants – Journal entries, reporting, month-end close
Senior Accounting Manager – Financial reporting, consolidations, leadership
Medical Office Billing/Payroll Clerks – Support medical practices with invoicing & payroll
Key Responsibilities:
Process invoices, vendor payments, and payroll accurately
Reconcile accounts and maintain financial records
Support month-end/year-end close & reporting
Respond to vendor, employee, and client inquiries professionally
Assist with audits, compliance projects, and HR/payroll administration
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience for entry-level; 5+ years for senior/management roles
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, ERP, Oracle, etc.)
Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
Knowledge of California payroll & HR compliance (preferred for payroll/HR roles)
Medical billing/payroll experience a plus for healthcare-focused roles
