We’re looking for a Job Placement Representative to support students and graduates as they transition into the workforce. In this role, you’ll work closely with individuals throughout their training journey, provide career guidance, and connect them with employment opportunities after graduation.
This is a hands-on, in-office role where your communication and organizational skills will directly impact the success of students and graduates entering the job market.
What You’ll Do
Build relationships with students during their time in training and maintain connections after graduation.
Guide graduates through job search preparation, including applications, resumes, and interview readiness.
Establish and maintain partnerships with employers and industry contacts to create placement opportunities.
Serve as a liaison between students, employers, and community partners.
Track and maintain student records and placement data with accuracy and compliance.
Provide administrative support such as scheduling, data entry, and reporting as needed.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in recruiting
Prior experience in career services, trade schools, or student support preferred.
Exposure to the transportation or trade industry a plus.
Strong data entry and call center experience.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks.
High School Diploma or GED required.
