Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of assigned buildings and surrounding areas

Performs general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors

Dusts, polishes furniture, and cleans glass surfaces

Cleans and sanitizes restrooms and ensures supplies are fully stocked

Notifies supervisors when cleaning or restroom supplies need replenishment

Cleans and maintains laboratory equipment as required

Operates heavy-duty cleaning equipment such as carpet shampooers, steam cleaners, and power tools

Maintains moderate physical activity, including standing for extended periods

Performs bending, climbing, and moving heavy equipment as needed
