Required Skills & Qualifications
Hands-on experience with JPAMS or JCAMPUS software (used by education systems in Louisiana and Mississippi)
Resume must clearly reflect JPAMS or JCAMPUS knowledge
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Must pass background check and drug screening (EEOC compliant)
About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist with expertise in JPAMS or JCAMPUS software to provide exceptional support to education systems across Louisiana and Mississippi. This role is ideal for someone who understands school management systems and enjoys helping clients resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for JPAMS/JCAMPUS users
Assist school staff with software navigation, data entry, and reporting
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and remote sessions
Document issues and resolutions accurately in the support system
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex problems
Deliver training and guidance to clients as needed
