Customer Service Representative – JCampus/JPAMS Support
Location: Shreveport, LA 71105
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
Salary: $45,000

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) with proven, hands-on JCampus/JPAMS experience. This role is responsible for responding to client inquiries, troubleshooting issues, tracking case progress, and ensuring smooth and accurate system use for school district personnel.
Key Responsibilities
---------------------------
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding JCAMPUS/JPAMS functionality, navigation, and troubleshooting.
Monitor and track customer cases in the support system to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
Accurately perform data entry and system updates within JCampus/JPAMS.
Support team goals and contribute to meeting service-level expectations.
Assist in developing or improving procedures to enhance the customer service experience.
Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction with every interaction.
Required Qualifications
-------------------------------
Proficiency and prior experience with JCampus/JPAMS is required (non-negotiable).
Previous customer service or client support experience, preferably with web-based software.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
High attention to detail, especially in data entry and system accuracy.
Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or in a team environment.
