Responsibilities
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist with expertise in JPAMS or JCAMPUS software to provide exceptional support to education systems across Louisiana and Mississippi
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for JPAMS/JCAMPUS users
Assist school staff with software navigation, data entry, and reporting
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and remote sessions
Document issues and resolutions accurately in the support system
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex problems
Deliver training and guidance to clients as needed
