Invoicing Specialist – High Volume (100+ Invoices/Day)
Pay: Up to $25/hour
Location: Greeley CO

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Invoicing Specialist to join our accounting team! This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with numbers, and takes pride in maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

-Prepare, review, and process 100+ customer invoices per day with precision and timeliness
-Verify billing information, resolve discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy
-Maintain organized and up-to-date billing records and documentation
-Post payments and assist with Accounts Receivable as needed
-Support month-end closing and reporting processes
