Job Summary
Prestigious Fortune 500 banking company is seeking an experienced Investment Operations Analyst for an opportunity in Charlotte, NC. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented securities operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven banking and investment environment.
The Investment Operations Analyst will support complex securities transaction processing, reconciliation, documentation, compliance, and client servicing activities. Key Responsibilities
- Process, research, and reconcile complex securities transactions, inquiries, and operational activities with accuracy and timeliness.
- Review, manage, and complete time-sensitive investment operations documentation while meeting service and compliance expectations.
- Support Investment Policy Statement processing and Separately Managed Account client servicing tasks.
- Identify operational issues, recommend process improvements, and help improve workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve transaction, account, documentation, and service-related issues.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to junior team members while contributing to departmental projects.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay Rate: $35.16 per hour.
- Job Type: Contract/Temporary.
- Work Schedule: Hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite in Charlotte, NC and 2 days remote.
- Schedule may vary based on training needs.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- 4+ years of Securities Operations or Investment Industry experience.
- Strong understanding of investment operations, securities transaction processing, reconciliation, and documentation workflows.
- Ability to work independently while using sound judgment in a risk-conscious environment.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, systems, and operational tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with SEI Trust 3000 or a similar trust accounting system.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience supporting compliance, corporate governance, or investment documentation requirements.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
- Proven ability to support team goals, train junior team members, and contribute to departmental projects.
