Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Investment Assistant to support our investment team with daily operations and client service. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a passion for finance, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist investment professionals with client account management and documentation.
Prepare and maintain investment reports, records, and spreadsheets.
Coordinate communications between clients and investment advisors.
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and manage follow-ups.
Conduct basic research and data analysis as needed.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Perform other administrative duties to support the investment team.
Qualifications:
Experience in finance, investments, or administrative support preferred.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Self-motivated and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
