Job Description:
Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Investigator to support asbestos, silicosis, workers’ compensation, and civil litigation cases. This role involves conducting client and witness interviews, preparing memoranda and declarations, reviewing legal and historical documents, and performing investigative research. Responsibilities include locating witnesses, assessing their viability, coding data, and supporting attorneys and staff in case development. The position requires strong writing, interpersonal, and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and complex legal matters confidentially.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferred

3–5 years of related experience in legal research, investigations, interviewing, or construction

Excellent communication, analytical, and writing skills

Proficiency in databases, internet research, and time tracking software

Ability to type 35+ WPM

Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Willingness to travel occasionally for client or witness meetings
