Inventory and Warehouse Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods. This role ensures that warehouse operations align with company policies and comply with safety regulations. The Inventory Manager plays a critical role in maintaining optimal inventory levels, managing stock accuracy, and ensuring the integrity of the inventory system. This position requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who can lead a team, manage resources effectively, and implement processes to improve warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and full inventory audits. Implement and maintain inventory management systems to improve accuracy and efficiency. Warehouse Operations: Develop and implement inventory processes and procedures to optimize warehouse efficiency. Coordinate with departmental teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Ensure that all warehouse inventory employee activities comply with safety regulations and company policies. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of inventory warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback. Schedule and allocate work assignments to ensure optimal warehouse operations.
