Title: Inventory/Raw Materials Supervisor
Location: Oxnard
Temp-Hire
Pay: $25 - $30
Schedule: 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.

Position Summary

The Inventory Raw Materials Supervisor oversees all raw material inventory operations to ensure accurate stock levels, timely availability for production, and compliance with food safety standards. This role is critical in maintaining smooth production flow and supporting quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate raw material inventory activities, including receiving, storage, and issuance to production.
Ensure accurate inventory counts and maintain records within the ERP system.
Monitor stock levels and proactively address shortages or discrepancies.
Implement and enforce company policies, GMPs, SOPs, and SSOPs.
Train and lead inventory staff, ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation standards.
Collaborate with purchasing and production teams to forecast material needs.
Maintain organized storage areas for refrigerated, frozen, and dry goods.
Prepare and review documentation for compliance and audits.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3+ years of experience in inventory control or warehouse supervision, preferably in food manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management practices.
Leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
