We’re looking for an Inventory Planning Coordinator to join our team in a full-time role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

What you’ll do:

• Place purchase orders with international suppliers (Asia, Europe, U.S.)
• Monitor stock levels and track back-orders
• Prepare import documentation and supplier KPI reports
• Support warehouse/logistics teams with daily operations

Experience & Skills:
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred (English required).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power point, Outlook).
• Team player with the ability to also work independently.

Location: On-site – Miami, FL
Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, full-time (40 hours per week)
