We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory and Marketing Operations Coordinator to support product samples, demo models, and marketing assets in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records using Excel and internal systems, as well as preparing monthly usage and inventory reports. You will manage store requests, monitor product availability, and coordinate replenishment orders to ensure timely fulfillment. The position includes creating and organizing touch samples and supporting Excel-based product tracking documentation. You will also train sales teams on proper sample requests, inventory management, and return processes. In addition, this role supports tradeshow planning, logistics, and execution, including maintaining exhibit materials and coordinating special shipments. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data analysis, is required. Experience with Power BI, Salesforce, or similar data visualization tools is a plus, along with familiarity using FedEx or UPS shipping systems. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or warehouse coordination. This is a full-time, onsite role Monday through Friday with an 8-hour schedule starting between 8:00–8:30 AM, offering $25–$26 per hour depending on experience.
