We’re seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join a dynamic team supporting inventory operations for medical devices, samples, demo models, and marketing assets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys hands-on work, and has strong Excel skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and track inventory using Excel and internal systems.
Prepare monthly usage and inventory reports.
Manage store requests, product availability, and updates.
Organize and restock medical devices in a clean room environment.
Coordinate replenishment orders and inspect returned materials for repair, refill, or disposal.
Create touch samples and assist with unpacking.
Train sales teams on sample requests, inventory management, and returns.
Support product tracking forms and Excel-based documentation.
Coordinate tradeshow logistics including packing, shipping, setup, and post-event restocking.
Maintain exhibit materials and support special shipments.
Provide flexible event coverage (early mornings, evenings, weekends, travel as needed).
What You’ll Bring:
1–3 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or warehouse coordination.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data entry & analysis).
Comfortable with warehouse tasks including packing, lifting, and organizing.
Experience with FedEx or UPS shipping tools.
Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization tools (preferred).
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
