Immediate Need for an Inventory Control Supervisor. Will be responsible for leading the day-to-day inventory control operations and a warehouse team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll drive accuracy, safety, and on-time material flow, ensure documentation meets audit standards, and support inventory planning, scheduling, forecasting, and special projects.

Lead warehouse staff & daily activities: Set priorities, coach for safety, accuracy, and timeliness; evaluate performance and uphold safety protocols.
Oversee receipts, storage & delivery: Verify packing lists vs. item receipts; ensure put-away accuracy and storage in designated NetSuite ERP locations; track movement of in-process goods.
Manage inventory levels: Monitor against reorder point, safety stock, and max stock; escalate shortages/excess and partner on usage/turn strategies to avoid E&O.
Ensure record accuracy: Enforce 3-way match; maintain compliant documentation and upload required signed documents for internal transactions.
Maintain standards: Enforce health & safety rules; drive 5S/tidiness; ensure FIFO and proper disposal of packaging residuals.
Cross-functional communication: Provide status updates to stakeholders; respond to inventory-related inquiries.
Own inventory projects: Support audits, process improvements, SOP documentation, and materials aspects of NetSuite ERP workflows.

Qualifications & Experience
4+ years of inventory management experience (manufacturing preferred).
2+ years in a supervisory/lead capacity.
Strong communication, leadership, and ability to drive accountability.
Ability to travel to corporate offices, warehouses, vendors, and suppliers as needed.
Forklift experience a plus.
Training & Education

Associate degree required; Bachelor’s in Supply Chain or related field preferred.
ERP proficiency required — NetSuite ERP strongly preferred.
APICS certification a plus; Lean, Six Sigma, and OSHA certifications a plus.
Strong MS Office skills. Bilingual ability (Spanish or Chinese) is preferred
